Stephanie D. Ten Eyck, FNP-C is our medical director and lead provider for Prescott Family Practice and Wellness. She brings with her over 15 years of medical knowledge and experience. Her career started with emergency and trauma medicine where she flew for Native Air saving many lives in the most extreme conditions. When she obtained her FNP-C she wanted to make an impact in her community by bringing back compassionate and caring medicine where we sit and listen to our patients.
Stephanie is also the only certified R3 stem cell provider in the tai-city area. She has a passion for stem cells and the improved quality of life it can bring to her patients. Stephanie has a passion for functional medicine and believes in finding the underlying cause to medical conditions.
Lawanda Owens-Mann, FNP has over 15 years of nursing experience ranging from ER to hospice. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who believes that listening to her patients is key in creating provider/patient relationships that provide outstanding care and wellness to her patients.
Sarah Claussen, FNP has over 9 years of nursing experience that encompassed long term care/geriatrics, cardiovascular care, surgical nursing and nursing faculty. Sarah received her associate degree in nursing from Yavapai College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at NAU, and her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University. Sarah then went on to receive her Post Masters Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from NAU. Sarah is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. After working working for many years as an RN Sarah was inspired to obtain her FNP so she could have the opportunity to help work with patients on maintaining their health and wellness over their lifetime. Sarah has a compassion and focuses on preventive care. Sarah's goal is to provide personalized, nonjudgemental and compassionate care while promoting whole-body wellness throughout an individuals lifespan.
Brandi Brown is native to Arizona and has always had a compassion for people. Brandi has her degree in business and never stops learning. Brandi is the glue that keeps the practice together and assures that every patient is being taken care of. Brandi continues to learn about different disease processes, new medical technology, and functional medicine to help our practice serve the community better. She strives to help staff grow and learn new techniques to service our patients and give them loving healthcare that we all deserve.
Annette has lived in Prescott most of her life and considers it to be her home. She has worked as a certified nursing assistant for over 12 years with acute and long term patients. She has helped numerous patients recover from surgery by assisting with their everyday needs and activities of daily living. Annette understands the importance of compassionate care for every patient. Annette has also worked as a Pharmacy Technician which has given her the knowledge and skills to help patient's through medication issues. Annette truly loves our patients and continues to go above and beyond to assure they have everything they need.
Sarah is a native to Prescott, AZ and has worked as a phlebotomist for over three years. Sarah has experience with former addicts, newborns, children, adults and geriatric patients. Sarah is dedicated to patient care and is passionate about making every patient feel welcomed in our practice. Sarah looks forward to continuing her education and further her career by becoming a Registered Nurse.
Sunnie is a native of Southern California but has lived in Prescott, AZ for the past 26 years. She graduated from Lindsay High School in Lindsay, CA and went on to Porterville Community College with a softball scholarship. Sunnie was also a part of the Porterville CC cheerleading squad and was an assistant athletic trainer. Sunnie has worked in the medical field for the past 17 years and has a tremendous passion for people. Sunnie is always driven to give each patient top service, care, and compassion. When Sunnie is not at the office she is in her community volunteering and making memories with her 4 amazing sons and family.
Abby is a native of Prescott, AZ and graduated from Prescott High School. Abby went on to Biola University were she graduated with a degree in intercultural studies. Abby comes from a family that work in all facets of the medical field. She is very knowledgeable and is motivated to treat every patient with compassion. Abby continues to further her knowledge in medicine to give every patient a pleasant experience in our office.
Brenda is originally from Indiana and moved to Arizona in 1995. During her time in Indiana she worked as a paramedic with the Wishard Ambulance Department in Indianapolis. Brenda then transferred her focus to phlebotomy which she has been doing the past 16 years. She has continued to excel and is always eager to learn. Brenda graduated from Yavapai College with a degree in general studies and creative writing. She hopes with this education she can finish and publish a book that she started several years ago. When Brenda is not working she loves to camp, hunt, fish, and go horseback riding. She also loves time with her two dogs, cat, and horse. Brenda lives in Black Canyon City to care for her father but does not mind the comment as she loves where she works.
Crystal is a native of Prescott, AZ and graduated from Prescott High School. Crystal is a very motivated and compassionate individual with over 13 years of experience in the medical field. She has committed to further her career by attending Yavapai Community College Nursing program. When Crystal is not working she is creating memories with her friends and family.
